Cheddar Cheese
I was surpised by this product. It was great tasting. I was a little unsure of freeze dried cheese, but we use a lot of cheese, so I decided to try it out. It was good. The first time I used it on chili. It was very flavorful. I had some left over. The next day I used it to make grilled cheese sandwiches. That was really good. I like how easy it is to have shredded cheese now. No more hand shredding.
Mozzarella Cheese
I never imagined that freeze dried cheese would melt so well and have such a fabulous texture! It is also great "as is" right out the can :)
Ground Beef
I can't believe how EASY it is to use! LOVE it! I made beef stroganoff tonight with FD ground beef, FD onions, and FD mushrooms! Added those items to milk, sour cream, and a can of cream of mushroom soup and a bag of cooked egg noodles! Basically heated through and served! It was fast and amazing! No thawing or greasy clean up!
Chopped Chicken
This is so easy to use and versatile and the most inexpensive I have found. I love it!
